“I always try to re-read papers. I will read it with a different intention in mind. In this draft I need to make sure that x, y, z voices are consistent or tenses are consistent or perspectives are consistent. And then I read through it again and in this case I’m going to read through it with an eye toward crispness of language and those kinds of things. So I read through it with those different things in mind.”
