“Whenever I think about a project, I start writing. And when I start writing, it helps me to organize my scattered ideas into more meaningful ones, into more organized ones, and then, when I see what I have written, I can see where I need further development and where I need to do more research… So it’s always better to start writing early in the project.  When I start a new project, I usually…write down what I think at the moment. and it gives me a better idea of what I should do next.”

Hyunyoung Cho is a term assistant professor of English Literature and Composition at George Mason’s Korea University.
