Writers of Mason: Elizabeth Siebel

“The way to get a reader invested in your writing is to make them feel things. I’m more aware that I need to be putting more depth into things. Poetry is easier for me to get through, and so I always write fiction like a poem where nothing happens. I have to actively read through it and think, ‘What can I put in here to cause some intrigue?’”

Elizabeth Siebel is a creative writing student.
