“People don’t like reading books anymore. We have to put important issues into a medium that people can relate to and see better. If people can see their effect on animals, maybe it’ll help them see that there are bigger things out there. There are animals that live in the arctic that are losing their habitats. If we change our habits in a small community, it’ll grow and change things. This is not just something that is on paper that you read about. It is something we deal with every single day, and it exists whether you read about it or not. If we bring in more information off the paper and into people’s minds, it will have an effect.”

Megan Wray is a Biology student.
